I’ve been using this foundation and I absolutely love it – perfect for a bride (or anyone in the bridal party) who has normal to dry skin and is looking for a little more coverage, but doesn’t want the complexion to look dry and cakey. It comes with a little sponge applicator, but I actually love to apply it using a foundation brush and then finish the blending with fingertips.

It builds gradually to give a gorgeous, flawless look and every bride I have used it on absolutely loves it. Because it is in compact form, there is no liquid to worry about and it is really quick and easy to use. Gives a gorgeous, expensive look to the skin.

There has been much press about the new foundation by CHANEL – the new Perfection Lumière is available and is an excellent choice for brides on their wedding day, as the formulation of this product is long wearing, very natural and for those brides who are concerned with oiliness/ shine on their skin, this product is perfect. Many foundations that are matte in texture tend to be very heavy and at times cakey, but this foundation is clever as it offers a lighter more natural look, but is slightly matte.
